Can't see Library
AnsweredI have a Vault 2 and I cannot see my library in File Explorer, a long time ago, I added a couple folders to the vault via File Explorer and I can see them but I can't see just my basic library. I need to delete some albums but I see no way to do that in the controller so I was going to use file explorer. Everything else works fine. I can add albums to my Library and I can play them, I just cant see them. Any suggestions?

I have tried that many times. Most of the time, when I insert the IP address into File Explorer it takes me to Google chrome and shows me the bluesound control panel which does me no good. I did manage to map a network drive to the folders I placed on the vault but I can't simply get to the library (see below). I can see all the albums I have ripped onto the vault if I go to "Folders" within the library setting but I cannot seem them using file explorer. I would like to be able to manage the library and delete some albums but I can't find a way to do that on the Bluesound controller and I can't access them in file explorer. Is there a support number I can call?
