    Replace your COAX cable. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App and be sure to mention the make and model f your DAC,

    Thank you for your response. I have tried a different cable as you suggested. I will try to send a Support Request. I have been discussing this matter with other and they think it is the software I have version 3.20.45 and one of the users said he had 3.20.49 and has resolved his concerns. I am hoping that the next update will correct the issue. I have tried to initiate a update but I get the response that there is none available. I am not sure when my current upgrade was installed but, I do know I wasn't experienceing any issues prior to that milestone. So I am hopefull 3.20.49 will resolve these issues, once available.
