    Hi Keith

This is controlled by Windows. Try uninstalling then reinstalling the App, reboot your PC then reinstall a fresh version from www.bluesound.com/downloads. If problems persist, please contact support@bluesound.com and they can assist further.

    Thanks Tony W.

Are you saying to re-install the app twice.? I just did(yesterday) the new Bluos firmware 3.20.49,but my problem with the partial window upon start up has been going on for over a month, ever since I did the latest,at that time, those two updates. Thanks,Keith

I wonder if the screen size has anything to do with the partial window upon opening of the Bluos app with Windows.

My laptop(16" screen) downstairs in my stereo room is what I use to control the NODE and that has the partial window come up and I have to do 2 steps before I can get the full window, whereas my upstairs desktop that I use for my headphone/computer listening has a 28 "diagonal screen and just to try something,I downloaded the Bluos app on this desktop and I still get a minimized page,so I only have to use one step and click on the  "maximize" at top right of screen and I get full page.So I am thinking that a smaller screen size will create the partial window issue? Franta:

So I am guessing that you got the full screen back after doing the uninstall/install of the Bluos app? Thanks,Keith

    Keith:

    Uninstall-install , the same result!

    I found older version BluOS-Controller-Setup-3.12.1

    There is everything OK!

I am staying on older version until update.

    Thanks, Franta

My trouble started when I did the Windows Desktop app 3.20.4 and Player update 3.20.25 back in Feb.

I did the latest update(Bluos 3.20.49) about a week ago and it still does it (partial window),but it's not a big deal,so I will 'put up with it' for a while, but funny thing is,on my larger desktop screen I only have to click on the Maximize icon at top right and I get the full window, but on my smaller laptop downstairs that I use to control my NODE,I have to do two motions, drag the page to the left, then I can click on the Maximize icon on top right and then it goes to full page......weird! Thanks,Keith
