    We recommend performing a network reboot and rebooting both Bluesound players. This often resolves connectivity issues that could be causing the playback interruptions you are experiencing. If the issue persists after performing these steps, we recommend requesting a support ticket using the BluOS app. You can do this by going to HELP > Send Support Request and filling up the form. Once you have submitted the form, a member of our support team will reach out to you soon to help you further.
