Does the Node n130 accept 2.1 PCM over eARC?

Yes, it does. However, if you are using an external DAC you may experience delay. Enable the SUB setting in the NODE's Audio settings to not send <80 Hz to the DAC and then consult your DAC documentation to adjust the phase if delay occurs.

Hi Tony. I don't want to use the subwoofer out on the Node. I want to know if the 2.1 eARC input will be downmixed to 2.0 with the .1 channel included when output over coax. I'll be feeding this into a Dirac processor for room correction and then into a preamp which is where the sub will be connected.
Thanks.

In that case - no - the entire 2.1 channel should go through digital outputs.

Hi. Multichannel PCM is not supported over coax/optical. So are you saying the 2.1 will be downmixed to 2.0 without discarding the .1? I'm confused by your use of the word 'no'.
If you are unsure, could you please pass on my question to someone who would know for sure.
Many thanks.
