    Whilst the Node is not a new product it and the earlier model have continuously been supported and updated with new software features and Bluesound have not made any mention otherwise. Of course your cannot add newer hardware functionality to older hardware.

    NB As yet Qobuz have not released a connect feature for their App.

    Yep, I know there is no Qobuz Connect (hopefully will be). That Tidal news today kinda pushed me towards Bluesound. However, it does not state 100% that MQA is gone. Qobuz is the most best sounding service in my system and I'm hoping Tidal would improve now, since I suspect the reason for audible differences is in packaging.
    Concerning Node 2 updates, as far as I understood any of the features I'm "hoping" does not require newer HW it is just merely SW feature.
