This is usually caused by the Router, there is absolutely no need to factory reset each time.

Power off your Router and BluOS devices, then turn on the Router and wait until it’s fully up and running. Now turn on one BluOS devices one at the time, making sure each is working before moving onto the next.

At this point you need to access your Routers Web interface and reserve the IP address for each BluOS device. It may be obvious or you may need to search for the Router’s manual.

BluOS devices are designed to be left on but should it occur again then using the BluOS app select Help…Send Support Request and the logs will be sent to support.

The router is a constant, and remains on throughout. It's still broadcasting the same said and the devices have the same Mac address as before so will also get the same up address from the DHCP server in the router. If leaving the router on and resetting the devices allowed it to get an IP address again then why is this the fault of the router? Every other device on the network can mage this quite normal use case.

    Hi Stuart

Seppi is correct, your router is not addressing players properly. I have escalated your issue to our Support Crew who will be reaching out via e-mail to help troubleshoot further.
