WiFi issue on power cycle
I have three devices, NAD C658, PowerNode 2i and a Pulse. All on the same 3.20.48 firmware. All are found easily in the app on Android WiFi WiFi and work well. Until a device is turned off. From that point it won't connect to WiFi again. Light turns blue then flashes gree then reboots. I then need to factory reset and rediscover. From which point it's fine until the next power off. All three devices do this. I'm not able to use ethernet atm. Do would like to know why the fail to connect after power cycle?

The router is a constant, and remains on throughout. It's still broadcasting the same said and the devices have the same Mac address as before so will also get the same up address from the DHCP server in the router. If leaving the router on and resetting the devices allowed it to get an IP address again then why is this the fault of the router? Every other device on the network can mage this quite normal use case.

Hi Stuart
Seppi is correct, your router is not addressing players properly. I have escalated your issue to ourĀ Support Crew who will be reaching out via e-mail to help troubleshoot further.
