    Hi Sean

    Bluesound Players act as a hive mentality - if you create the share and index it on one - both players will receive it.

    Please ensure your MyCloud is online then try a rebuild index. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so our Support Crew can help troubleshoot directly with you.

    Hey Tony,

    Yeah, that just isn't working. I am listening to stored music on the Pulse, and then I try immediately on the Node. It then says it can't load the file, and the library disappears altogether.

    Hi Sean, 

    This sounds like a networking issue, as Tony says all BlueOS devices on the same network will talk to each other and replicate the library so your Node is not able to communicate with the Flex pair properly

    I would power cycle the Router then power cycle / reboot the Flex pair and run rebuild index on the Flex pair to make sure your library is working on them. Next power off the Node for a few mins and then turn it on again. Leave it five minutes and then see if your library has replicated / working.

    If no joy then submit support ticket as in Tony’s post above.

    Also ensure that there are no layer 2 isolation features enabled on your switch
