Dropping out

I see this issue has come up before but I'm stumped.  Wireless connection, excellent signal.  Dropouts on all sources (radio paradise, Tidal alone and with Roon, from Roon directly and hard-wired library).  Plays for 20 seconds to a couple of minutes and then drops.  The controller software resets to "go find something".  Reboots don't work.  Anty ideas most welcome!

  Thank you for your help!  I have a repeater that I can move so I'll try that.

  But I'm concerned that the dropouts also occur when playing directly from a connected hard drive.  The router should not impact that I would think.  I'll talk with support if needed.
