Node 2i has blue light but not showing in BluOS
Just recently my Node 2i has started disappearing from view in BluOS, and I have to reboot it at the plug to get it seen by BluOS. The solid blue light is on.
I have a 2nd Node in another room which seems to be staying connected. Both are connected via the same wi-fi network.
Anyone know what might be causing one of the players to keep disconnecting from view?

Hi Andrew, as a first step reboot your router and then powercycle your Bluesound device and see if that helps.

Thanks, sorry for the stupid question, but can I just clarify, does power cycle just mean unplug it and plug it back in again?

Yes, that will do or you can use the BluOS app and select help… diagnosis… reboot

Several days and a few more instances later, I'm finding that the Reboot button doesn't fix anything, only switching off the unit at the plug and then back on is making the Node visible in BluOS again.
