    If these CD uploads  were created by the Bluesound Vault then do contact support with the CDs in question as they can get the databases used amended.

    However if the CD uploads are ones that you have created / purchased then it’s the metadata that is incorrect and sorry to say down to you to fix. Bluesound does not edit or alter your own music and only reads what is available.

    There are many software solutions to fix metadata and artwork, I use one called Bliss that works on many platforms.

    Hello Roy;

    I am a Bluesound customer as you are.

    As Seppi points out, all of the issues you describe are related to the metadata for the CD's you've added to your Bluesound system. Depending on the method used to 'upload' them, Bluesound Vault or copying the CD with some other software such as iTunes or dbpoweramp, the copying software has applied the metadata which results in the errors you are seeing. There are remedial steps that can be taken to correct the errors – again as Seppi suggests, a service called Bliss or other software that edits and corrects the metatags that are associated with the files. Which one you use depends on whether you are using Mac or Windows. If you are comfortable using Google you can search for a metadata editor suitable for your platform, many have free trial periods so you can evaluate which one might be appropriate for you.
