    Hi Andy

    If the LED is blue, the player is connected to the network. A factory reset would not resolve this issue. As this is a POWERNODE 2, perhaps it was purchased second-hand. In this case, the LED was set to off. Your Factory Reset would happen to restore these settings. Please see www.blueosund.com/setup to connect your POWERNODE to your network after resetting it.     All is well and the Powernode 2 has appeared in my list of players now - I guess it just needed time after being powered off - I need to be a bit more patient !!
