Same problem 3 years later

I just bought the latest version of Bluesound’s Powernode and I‘ve got the same issue on my Panasonic TV from 2019 (Echo ~20ms and no way to fix it via A/V function).
The Bluesound support told me, the TV causes the lip sync problems. But as I read here, the steamer produces a delay and this problem couldn’t been fixed or patched over years, which is highly frustrating and disappointing.
Why is always the customer the one, who have to spent hours and hours to fix problems of such an expensive gear? (Which is btw - not fixable)
And to me it seems that the support of Bluesound doesn’t really care about their customers.
I will give my device back this week. Very sad.

In reviewing your history, we are unable to locate a Support Request from you using the contact information you made this post with. We do recommend you open a new request by selecting Help, Send Support Request. Before you do though, check your Panasonic TV settings. If you are hearing an echo, your TV speakers are not disabled. Those should be auto-disabled if connected properly using the ARC output of your television.
