Connecting to Bluetooth

I just purchased a powernofe and I am trying to connect it to a pair of Bluetooth speakers. When I go into the Bluetooth headphone it cannot find the speakers. I have tried other Bluetooth speakers and it’s the same. What am I doing wrong?

  Thank you Bjorn. I have read through the article. I have followed the steps in the article up to step 2, at that point it can’t find any Bluetooth headphones
