    We understand how frustrating it can be when your device stops and continues unexpectedly, and we would like to assist you in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    In order to help us better understand the root cause of the problem, we kindly request that you submit a support request through the BluOS app. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the BluOS app on your device.
    2. Go to the "HELP" section of the app.
    3. Click on "Send Support Request".
    4. Fill out the form with your contact information and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
    5. Click "Send" to submit the form.

    Once we receive your support request, a member of our support team will reach out to you as soon as possible to assist you in resolving the issue with your Bluesound NODE.
