M10 V1 Sound issues
AnsweredDear,
When I start playing sound from standby mode on my NAD M10, I have broken sound for some time.
The broken sound stops when I increase the volume or when I touch the screen.
When the screen turns after one minute black again, the broken sound returns.
After some time (1 or minutes), the situation returns to normal.
Maybe the latest firmware 3.20.45 is causing this issue ? I never had this issue before.

Hi Luc,
my V1M10 is also on 3.20.45 but do not experience the issue you describe. Suggest you raise a support ticket from the Bluesound app.
Best, KriHad

I also have a NAD M10 v1 and I'm not experiencing any audio issues after the latest update either.

I have a similar problem but it takes a much longer time to get back to normal. It's sent for repair now.
I read something about the longevity of the Hypex modules. I surely hope that this is not the case here.

Just to let you know: I have had this issue consistently with my M10 v.1 for more than two months now. Always when the M10 comes out of standby, the SPLs generated are very noticeably decreased even though the volume remains set at the same level as it was before standby mode. The remedy for me is to increase or decrease the volume setting a tiny bit and the volume again functions as expected. Though trivial to remedy (for me), this bug is disconcerting as it suggests that there might be a more serious issue lurking behind it.
