    Hi Eli

    In the BluOS App, please select Help, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may review the player event log and help diagnose what is causing the reboots.

    After 3 tries I was able to send the request because the N130 kept rebooting while I was typing the request. I did a full factory reset, and now trying to reconfigure and check if the problem is resolved. Two weeks ago the reboots were occasional, had only two in two weeks, but ever since this morning, random reboots are now very frequent, one every few minutes. Before reboots started, during Roon playback, playback used to stop, and then Roon skips to the next track. Then the N130 started to reboot itself. My recent support request is #323959 it was sent from the N130 before the factory reset. So far, after a factory reset and adding the player using the Android reconfiguring the settings, it has been 5 minutes of playback using Roon w/o reboots, but of course, it is too early to tell. I'll update you in a few days.

    OK. just one more update, after I did a reboot using the Windows app, the Node is no longer identified as a Roon ready device. Roon only works using Airplay
