    We believe that the issue you are experiencing may be related to your network configuration.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend that you perform a network reboot and ensure that your wired and wireless connections can communicate and see each other.

    I have since been able to connect with my phone. I am still unable to connect with my windows 10 computer. This has been an on and off continuing issue that I have had. Is there a problem with the app? When it did connect, after about an hour it would not respond.
