    This is not a software issue but likely caused by your amplifier waking up from sleep and not playing the first half second. Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App and when doing so, please let the Support Crew know the make and model of your pre-amp and amplifier...

    Didn’t realise my NAD amps can ‘sleep’. I typically turn all the equipment on and start playing stuff from my Vault2 once the M51 is ready .. display showing the correct source. Anyway, I raised a Help request from my iPhone. I received a long set of instructions to basically disconnect all my devices connected to my router and reset it to clear the cache. I was also told I sent the log of my Soundbar and not the Vault. Well, I don’t see anyway to select between either one when I raised the Service Request so I played something from the Vault, with the Soundbar inactive, when raising the second request hoping the correct log will be picked up. I have not received any confirmation if the correct log was sent.
