Failed indexing of USB hard drive
AnsweredI have a node 2i I have used for streaming Spotify. Works really great. I have now attached a fat32 formatted USB disk. When inspection the folder all files are there and I can play just fine. But the indexing is only partial. A lot of albums and artist are missing. I have tried to re-index but with no luck. Any ideas about what can be wrong ?

Your files are missing ID3 metadata:

On the linked page:
"To make changes to the ID3 metadata of your music library, you will need to use a third-party metadata editor outside of BluOS."
This should cover your needs: https://www.mp3tag.de/en/0 -
Thanks. This is indeed the case! Adding vorbis tags to the flac files solves the issue. But when using for example roon the indexing worked without the tags.
