Update error

I have a NAD T778 and normally wireless updates are no problem. But this time the receiver got stuck after an error message "Update failed#9". Could not switch off with remote control. Only switch at back side of the NAD. Switched it off and on again. Took several minutes, but update started again with same error in the end. Cannot use receiver anymore

  Try downloading the software and upgrade manually from usb stick. Had to do this with a powernode edge the other day, worked fine.

  Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately the same error. Only one difference:Now I can switch the NAD on and off with the remote control, but it remains in the error "#9"- AVR upgrade failed"
