Powernode delay in auto-sense (HDMI-ARC)
AnsweredRecently got the Powernode. A frustrating issue i have is when i pause a (Youtube, Netflix, ...) video on TV and i assume the HDMI-ARC signal turns off. When i restart the video, or any TV content the auto-sense takes ages to work. So for the first 4-5 seconds i have no audio. Also when it does kick in the audio is often very low, much lower than i had it on previously.
Any ideas on how to make this actually work properly?
Im using a 2016 LG OLED Tv with an HDMI cable. Auto-sense is switched on (obviously).

Hi Charlie
The 4-5 second delay you are experiencing has nothing to do with ARC. It has to do with your amplifier has gone into standby mode. When waking from standby, it will take 4-5 seconds to power up. If you wish to disable standby, you can in the Settings, Player menu of the Bluesound App. Doing so will mean your POWERNODE will not go into low-power mode and no longer only consume less than 3w as required by EU law. It will be closer to 20w.
