Analog outputs don’t work

I’ve had issues with my node from the start. First I have been unable to connect the node to my wifi network. I have tried everything mentioned in the forums and finally decided to run an Ethernet cable for a wired connection, fine. But now the analog outputs stopped working. I’ve reset everything multiple times now and checked that it’s not the cables. The only way to get sound to come out is through the headphone jack. Please help

  Please detail what / how you have reset

  Well at first I tried resetting the node by pulling the power cord after trying that a few times I did a factory reset. Still no sound from the analog outs
