Bluesound Node N130 keeps producing bumping sound whenever my tracks going from Hires to CD and back

Hello,

The title says it all.

My Bluesound Node N130 keeps producing a popping sound whenever I move from one track to another especially when the track goes from Hires to CD or back. It is slightly annoying whenever I am using just my smaller Kef LS50s but it is down right unacceptable whenever the sub is connected to the device. When the sub is there no matter how quiet the volume the sub emits a loud thump. 

This sub has never done this on any other piece of equipment and I have the Bluesound running through my Schiit Modius.

The Bluesound is connected via ethernet on my gigabit connection and is then passed thru the Modius bia Spidif and the Modius is connected to my power amp via coax.

This is becoming a showstopper as I cannot even listen in low volume to my system at night without the "bump" going off.

Do you have a solution to this please?
