Order of Players in Windows app

Hi,

When I start the Windows desktop app BluOS Controller always start up with the PULSE FLEX chosen, instead of the what I consider to be the "main" player, the NODE 2.

I start to play something, turn the amp on, and... nothing... BUT there is a vague sound from the Kitchen where the PULSE FLEX is... Lots of swearing and back to the app, stop playing, change player and make all choices again...This is because the Controller always chooses the "Kitchen" as the player of choice. But in 98 percent of cases I want to play on the NODE, and then maybe add the "Kitchen" when need be. IF I start the PULSE FLEX first, or on its own, I'm always IN the Kitchen and use one of my mobile app(s). The desktop app is always used to play from the NODE..!

Since I'm a "bit" stupid and never learn to change players before starting to play something I would need to make the windows app choose the NODE as the first choice, HOW do I do that..???

  On the player you want to be default: Settings - Player, toggle Default to on.

  Hello Björn,

  Sorry about the "Swedish" version of "ö"...

  TANKS..!!! A setting I never used, at least not intentionally. Now I vaguely remember seeing it when I went trough all possible settings, but I never realised, or tried, what, how or where it would make the player default. I'm definitely getting more stupid... :-( 

  But again a HUGE thanks..!!!!!!!!! :-)

  I saw this and thought "Aha!", because  I have the same issue - sort of.

  It only happens on the Windows App, not the Android App - but as Mr. Tham said, the same player is always selected, no matter what I did last time I used the ap.

   

  So I went to the settings for that player, and it is NOT set to be the default player!  In fact, none of my 3 players has the Default option turned on.

  What gives?

  Hi,

  I don't remember if any player, or the "wrong" player, was set up as default when I made the change.
  But all I did was to check the Default to "on" for the player I wanted to show up first, and since then it is always the "right" player that is chosen. 

  With me this only applies to the Windows app, in the Android app there is no setting for "Default".
