After upgrade my desktop version 3.20.4 cannot access my Vault. But my mobile still can access.
AnsweredI am not sure what happened.
My android mobile app is version 3.20.5 can access my BluSound Vault, but my desktop which is version 3.20.4 cannot find my vault (after an update last night).
Please help.

I would reboot your desktop computer and see if that helps.
