NAD 368 w/ BluOS and Netgear Orbi
AnsweredI have a Netgear Orbi (RBR750) with two satellites serving as a router (with Xfinity modem/router in Access Point mode). My NAD 368 w/ BluOS (MDC DD BluOS) constantly gets dropped off the network after a few minutes after attempting to play music. I have to generally cycle the power fully for it to reconnect to the network, but if I try to play music, the same problem generally occurs within 5 to 10 minutes.
From a troubleshooting perspective, I've put the NAD 368 in the DMZ, locked it to a specific IP, and validated that Multicast appears to be turned on. I've tested changing the broadcast channel for 2.4Ghz wifi and also tested turning off RTS/CTS, but neither of those seems to have improved / resolved this behavior. Signal strength to the router is good and the BluOS version for this device is 3.20.25.
I also have an NAD M33 and Bluesound Pulse Mini that I use with this router. Neither of these devices experience any issues. Just the NAD 368.
