Pulse sub+ Not pairing
AnsweredPulse sub+ Do not pairing.
I can not longer pairing the installation.
Both with cable or wifi wireless.
Factory settings (reset) do not fixed the problem.
With the Cable I get the color light blue flashing purple. (don't show in the bluos app)
Wireless I get the color first red, than flashing green, than stay the light green. (I see with the app: The Pulse sub+) Try Connect: Installation process cannot be completed.
Help me please.

I have the same problem.
Just purchased Pulse Soudbar+, Sub+, Powernode Edge, Node X.
Sub+ flashing blue and purple. Connected to network, but won’t play or pair with either player. I can see it grouped in diagnostics with IP address, but not in the player drawer. I set it up, added to network, upgraded, etc. Tried factory reset, that didn’t work.
Even the directions I found online didn’t align to the view and options I see in the BlueOS app.
Was there a resolution to this?

Same here. BlueOS setup says push the pairing button for 5 seconds. But there is no pairing button!!
If I find a solution I ll post it here.0 -
