Which outputs to use on my NODE(N130)
AnsweredHi: I would like to try an external DAC which does not support MQA,but has USB,Toslink and Co-ax inputs.
I have a subscriptionto Amazon Unlimited and free Radio Paradise,so which output(s) on the NODE (N130) should I use for the best quality sound? Thanks,Keith

Honestly, whichever one works best for you. Personally I tend to use Coaxial as Optical is more fragile and not convinced by USB sounding any better but your experience may differ.

Thanks....So basically these three outputs on the NODE are more of a convenience factor? Thanks,Keith

Some DACs only have one type of input.

Sorry I don't follow....assuming the NODE has three outputs, does each one output a different resolution capability, assuming the partner DAC has three inputs(sorry if my terminology is not correct)Thanks,Keith.

All digital outputs are upto 24/192 (the same)
A favourite DAC of mine only had an optical input, some new Topping DACs are USB only. So Bluesound has all three connection types available to ensure it works with as many DACs as possible,
