Node 2 and Pulse 2 - out of order

I have a Node 2 and a Pulse 2 that both light up with a red LED. I tried the instructions for a factory reset twice and after switching on the power again and pressing the play/pause button immediately, there is no green LED light. The LED immediately turns red and lights up continuously.
I can no longer see the players in the IOS app and I can rule out network problems.
Can someone help me?
