Powernode Edge Bluetooth connection issue with Macbook Pro M1
AnsweredFirst time pairing with Macbook and playback all went well.
After stop playing anything via bluetooth a while, bluetooth connection between Powernode Edge and Macbook Pro M1 is lost, and I can never reconnect to Powernode Edge in the OS X bluetooth setting panel again. The only way is to delete the device from OS X bluetooth setting panel, restore Powernode Edge to pairing mode, and repair the Powernode Edge with Macbook Pro once again. But the disconnection issue still remains shortly after, making it nearly impossible to use Powernode Edge as my Macbook Pro's bluetooth speakers.

There is an article which details the BluOS settings that may help you
As you are using a Mac do consider using Airplay as with the right settings on the Mac will provide better audio quality over BT. The alternative (depending on your Macs ports) is to use a cable to the line / optical in on the EDGE.

Thanks for reply. I know that Airplay provides better audio quality than BT. But I just want to make sure if there is any problem with the BT connectivity of my Powernode Edge, because if there is I should consider to send it to you for further examination. The article link you provided provides no help because I just simply can't connect my Macbook Pro M1 to Powernode Edge via BT once the connection is lost after a moment since first pairing.
I have also tried today to connect my another PC to Powernode Edge via BT. The connection seems good but the sound is choppy. It makes me feel there is a real problem with my Powernode Edye BT functionality. Please advise if there is any test I can try.

Hi Joseph, must stress I am just a user like you.
BT does have quite a limited range and as soon as you get further away the sound can get choppy. I experience this when wearing BT headphones and walk out the room, go too far and music cuts out.
Best to contact support, using the BluOS app select Help…Send Support Request,

My PC/Macbook is away from Powernode Edge just few inches, so the problem is definitely not range. Anyway your feedback is very appreciated. I'll try to contact customer support to see if there is any official solutions.

Actually a few inches away is too close, you could try a few feet.
