Soundbar+ no audio info under "Now Playing"

I purchased a Soundbar+ today and connected it to a Sony Bravia 43x8305c via HDMI. Sony HDMI 4 is ARC and the soundbar has eARC. Sound is coming out, but I can't see what audio format it is. Like here. You should be able to see this in the BluOS controller, but I only see "HDMI ARC" and no Dolby info or anything like that. Do other soundbar owners see more information here? Edit: An Nvidia Shield is connected to the other HDMI port of the TV, which plays a movie with Dolby+ via Plex, for example. This setting is enabled on my shield too.
