Node N130 proximity /touch display issues
AnsweredProximity sensor keeps randomly activating which causes the touch display to turn on and off intermittently.
I have tried a different power cord and set of RCA cables and moved the power cable to its own power socket and flipped the figure of 8 power cord.
Its on the latest firmware and brand new (purchased today). I returned another Node N130 yesterday with exactly the same issue.
The Node is connected to a pair of powered studio monitors (Genelec G3). I have also reset both Nodes to the factory defaults and get this issue with or without the protective plastic on the touch screen.
My only true workaround is to disable the proximity sensor and have the touch display always on.
Any other recommendations to try?
