Upgraded Vault with new processor and user upgradable storage

When can we expect the new Vault release that includes a modern processor, upgraded memory specifications, upgraded DAC and faster/user upgradable SSD/HD storage bay? I would even be happy with an upgraded ripping Vault that does not include a built in DAC but is specifically designed to connect to the Node or external DAC.

  As a computer professional and audio enthusiast I am disgusted with how slow the internal drive is in the vault. I have replaced drives in many devices with an SSD and the results are night and day. I am tempted to void my warranty after the first week trying to birn 800 cds while trying to fix incorrect cd info or album art via mp3tag. Even had a cd burn with entirely wrong info in Spanish and you can’t burn and fix cd info at the same time. I would gladly have paid an extra $400 for a real performant drive. I am already buying hi end audio. 😥😥😥

  I’ve wanted this since I bought my first Vault. You’re right, that would make a huge difference on so many levels!!!

  Even allowing this as an upgrade option after purchase would be great. I would have Vaukts upgraded!
