Can't get Vault 2 to work - solid red light - USB boot did not work
AnsweredI recently rearranged my gear. My Vault 2.0 was unplugged for about 6 days. When I plugged it back in all I got was a solid red light. Based on posts to this site I tried booting from an image on a USB thumb drive. The red light did alternate green/red as expected for a few minutes but then just solid red again. The Vault is hooked up directly to Ethernet. Please help or have customer support contact me. I'm in a panic.

Try connecting the VAULT directly to the router bypassing any extenders, or mesh networks and see if that helps.

I have the same: solid red light. Tried to reset to factory settings without success.
