BluOs app showing "no information available"
AnsweredHello,
I am able to use my powernode 2i - and the BluOS app for streaming music services and I am connected fine.
Using ethernet, my wifi details recently changed so haven't been able to connect to wifi.
When I click on these areas:
- Music steaming services
- Diagnostics
- Send support request
- Wifi
all these (possibly more) areas of the app are returning "no information available" with a blank screen.
It also means I can't reboot the powernode.
Please advise.

Ethernet takes priority over WiFi - this is true for all of our devices.
It looks like your WiFi and Ethernet connection does not share the same network from your Gateway (router). Because of this, your device cannot communicate properly using your BluOS controller. And in addition, your BluOS controller seems not to be refreshing its cache.
Try closing out of the BluOS app and re-opening it and see if that helps clear the cache on your BluOS controller.
