I was literally just playing this album an hour ago and had to stop to take a phone call. When I went back to the app and pressed play the above message greeted me. It now appears on every song.
Is this how BlueSound is going to be going forward? I've now had three tech issues in a matter of two weeks of ownership.

This smells very much like a local networking issue, first powercycle your router then when fully back up and running reboot your Bluesound device using the BluOS app, select Help…Diagnostics…Reboot.
When you get another issue raise a support ticket, from the Help Menu… Send Support Request. This way Bluesound will get the logs from your player to examine.
