    We are unable to replicate this on our end. See screenshot below taken from MacOS M1 BluOS 3.20.3

    Perhaps reinstalling the BluOS controller completely will fix this issue. If the issue persists, please send us a support ticket to support@bluesound.com and a member of our support team will reach out to you soon.

    Ok it seems the dots are missing when I'm streaming Qobuz:

     

    When playing from the local library the dots are present, but when I click on them nothing happens...

    Seems there is not much love for the OSX controller by the Bluesound support crew....

    Thanks Mark, but reinstalling the BluOS controller (including removing the files from the user\library\application support\BluOS controller) didn't resolve the issue. I'll create a ticket, thanks.

    Mark, I just found that the dots don't show up when running the controller in a small-sized window. If I resize the window, or make it full-screen, the dots appear and they work. Can't remember I had this problem before so it might be an issue in one of the latest versions of the controller.

    Edit: and they disappeared again, resizing the window doesn't make the dots come back. I'll mail support.
