Removing not wanted Music services

I want to remove the Music service BUGS! on the left side of my BluOS App.

I am not loged in by BUGS! Since it is only avalable for Korean users with phone numbers starting with +82

  Please send us a support ticket using the BluOS app. In the BluOS app >> Help >> Send Support Request.

  I have the same problem not being able to remove BUGS from my music services. I received my receiver back from official NAD service center in The Netherlands and this app popped up in my Music Service List . Cannot remove it! What to do?
