preset buttons on flex dont work

My presets work on my powernode (with remote), but not on my pulse flex 2i. Neither with the remote nor on the device. Any ideas?

  Your presets on a Bluesound Player are unique to THAT player and do not replicate across the system. Each Player has its own unique presets. If you have not programmed presets in your PULSE FLEX then they will not work. See this help centre article for details; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360012637674

  Thanks. So there is no way to change input on my powernode from pulse flex presets i presume?

  Hi Kees, yes this is correct but if looking for any easy way to access the presets I recommend the Bluesound RC1 remote control.
