Please send us a support request using your BluOS app. Using your BluOS app will send us a diagnostic log that a member of our support team will be able to diagnose what is going on with your Bluesound device and BluOS app.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

    Hello all,

I have been experiencing exactly the same issue since I got my NAD T777v3 several years ago and it has not improved at all since. Radio Paradise is very good but he iOS integration is really bad, as always out of sync once you've done a "like" or "dislike" of a track (in addition to be very slow to even register the said like or dislike).

Not very professional for such an upmarket brand.

    Any progress on this?

As the original poster, I submitted a support request to Bluesound as requested. The response was that it was my network, and that I should disconnect all my network attached devices, flush the IP cache and reconnect. It was suggested that I should do this periodically anyway, as a housekeeping exercise.

I was dubious, as I have no other issues with my network, but nevertheless I followed the guidance, no change.

I have since found information in the forums on the Radio Paradise site, indicating that this is a known issue at their end with the RP setup, and not solely confined to the Bluesound streamer.

I have found a workaround of sorts, which involves resynching by changing to a different RP channel, then changing back and starting the stream from the beginning of the track playing again. Sometimes it starts from the next track, but it seems to resync the indication in the app with the track actually being played for a while, until it happens again!
