    Hi Sergio

Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew  can review your player log and provide some 1:1 e-mail troubleshooting. Please let them know the make and model of your router when doing so.

I already sent the log to support, they assigned me this number 305125 /305623 but when I commented that the problem is with air play they told me to contact Air play. Today at the ISE in Barcelona fair at the BluOS stand they told me to write again... and that with the previous issue they would see the subject in more depth. the Router to go abroad is telephone and the internal Router is a ubiquiti

I have a similar problem. It's also started 1 month ago. I'm sure there is an issue with the last firmware upgrade. I'm not happy with the C700 and Support Team can't really help me

the Router that we have is a ubiquiti, the question is that it depends on the IOS version, it works a little better or not, with the latest version 16.3 it stays blocked… We have carried out different tests with the network and nothing makes it work. 3 months ago the system was working perfectly and now it crashes. I have done tests with another similar system (it has not been updated to the latest version) and it doesn't work well either. So I need help to resolve it , so i think that the problem is the
New version IOS is not compatible with the system

    Hi-Res

    Hi Sergio,

I can categorically state that Apple broke Airplay in their iOS HomeKit update a while back, they had to pull the original release. If you Google you will find it’s affects Airplay devices that are not made by Apple unfortunately.

I have a family member who works for a company that develops for Apple and he not only confirmed the issue but stated that iOS 16.4 will have the fix. In fact the next iOS beta has the links with the HomeKit update in it. Even the “other” multi-room audio system that people compare Bluesound to has the issue and the only fix is to remove any devices from HomeKit, factory reset and then NOT add them to HomeKit until Apple release 16.4
