No Sound from Pulse P300 Speaker
AnsweredSo my Pulse P300 speaker is no longer producing any sound. Here are some tests I performed.
-Playing audio over Bluetooth (Full volume on phone and speaker)
-Playing audio via the BluOS app (tunein stations)
-Playing audio over optical input.
When I press the volume buttons on the speaker it changes the set volume in the app and the media control button on the speaker can control the phone (play pause skip and back). The speaker is plugged in of course. The speaker is connected over ethernet.
Is this a common issue, if not who can I contact?

Have you tried removing the power for at least 10 minutes? It’s also possible a factory reset may help.
Then why not contact Bluesound Support? You can easily make contact by using the BluOS app… select Help…Send Support Request.

Hi when I click on the send support button I get an empty page that says "No Information Available" Power cycling does not help. I have tried resetting the unit but no matter how long I hold the red button it does not enter the reset mode. Please contact me. RTFM did not work.
