    Hi when I click on the send support button I get an empty page that says "No Information Available" Power cycling does not help. I have tried resetting the unit but no matter how long I hold the red button it does not enter the reset mode. Please contact me. RTFM did not work.

    Same here.. o Fer no sound, app connects and everything else seems to be working but I get no sound .. Bluetooth or directly connected to the router.
