It USED to work, until my modem/router was unplugged and plugged back in....
AnsweredIt was working well until last week. My modem/router had to be unplugged. Once plugged back in, there is no recognition of the Node 2i and it is a pretty, steadily-lit-blue-light-ready-to-play brick. A factory reset doesn't bring it into visibility in my Wifi settings on my iPhone AND it is a wired connection directly to the internet anyway (Ethernet). It runs from there to my Roon, so...can't play Roon now, either. I've been "Queue position #1" in Chat With Us for over 40 mins. now with no sign that it is functional as a help resource. Can anyone help?

Try rebooting your router, then if your Wi-Fi controllers won’t connect try a PC / Mac that is hard wired and loaded with the BluOS controller.
Blue LED means it’s connected to the router and obtained an IP address.
