Blue sound Node N130 juttering while listening.
AnsweredRecently just purchased a blue sound node from Safe and Sound. Hooked it up and downloaded the firmware update. Selected two streaming services Amazon HD and Title. While I'm listening to music the songs im playing skip and jutter sporadically. I thought it was just amazon HD at first. I downloaded title and it did the same things. Next thing I did was run a hard connection from my router to the back of the node hoping that was the issue. Unfortunately, it did the same thing. Any ideas what could be happening?

I would reboot your router, then check what download speeds you are getting on a phone / tablet connected to your Wi-Fi. Both Amazon Music and Tidal are higher resolution so they need a reasonable amount of bandwidth to play, with Tidal you need around 20Mbps.
If this does not help using the BluOS app select Help…Send Support Request immediately after the stuttering.
