Bluesound Node to DAC, non MQA files (I.e Qobuz)
AnsweredIt really seems to me that the Bluesound Node is most fit for someone using tidal, and the Node as source to the amp. When doing this use would use the analog out on the node. This is not my intent however as I want to use my external dac in the Parasound NewClassic 200 pre
If I bypass the internal node dac with a coax cable, do I send a 192 hz sampling rate to my pre amp external dac? (Assuming the song on Qobuz is 192)
In the settings of the Node i have MQA toggled off as Qobuz does not support MQA.

Regardless of the content being played, if your external third-party DAC does not support MQA, then the toggle should be off. If it does, the toggle should be on.
Since Qobuz currently does not support MQA, any MQA decoding is ignored as there is nothing to do, regardless of the MQA settings.

Thanks Tony
I guess my question then is, for my external dac that is non MQA supported, if I chose to still use the node for all its other benefits, if when using the node n130 coax out for non MQA files such as a 192 kHz file from Qobuz, does it send a 192 kHz signal to my dac
I.e does the coax out support 192 kHz
Thanks!!!!!
