Connecting TV with Roku to Bluesound Node

Full Disclosure: Naive user here.

 

Trying to get TV to play though speakers that are connected to a Bluesound Node.

TV is connected to Roku using HDMI cable.

Bluesound Node has an HDMI slot but only 1 HDMI slot on Roku and the only one on the TV is connected to the Roku.

Would appreciate any leads!

  You connect the TV to the NODE using the TVs ARC/eARC HDMI port to the NODE. The Roku then connects to a spare HDMI input on the TV but you say you only have one HDMI port on the TV?

  Do have a  good look around the TV with a torch (it’s dark round there) and both sides to see if there are any other HDMI ports available.

  if not try and see if the TV has an audio optical output or failing that analogue outs, which you would then connect to the NODE.
