Firmware update for Node

I just downloaded a firmware update for the Node I bought a few days ago. No idea how to load it! Please can you explain?

  Hi Peter

  Please see www.Bluesound.com/setup if you are having problems installing your new NODE. As part of the setup process your NODE will update to the latest firmware currently available. As new firmware is released, you will be prompted to upgrade in the BluOS App.
