Latest Windows 11 update won't open in full screen

With the latest Win. 11 update BluOS opens in a "partial" screen, with the upper right (minimize, full-screen, close) icons buried in the upper right corner almost out of sight. I can't seem to get it too always open full-screen anymore, clicking on (my mouse pointer is off my screen at this point) full-screen makes it full size but I have to do this every time now, didn't have to previously.  Not a "game changer" but updates should enhance user experience not make extra work to get to your music.

  "Shift - rightclick" on the taskbar icon and maximize. Close app and reopen?
